Rupert Grint – First Place

Rupert Grint and his iconic ginger-colored hair, his optimistic outlook on life, and his brilliant acting skills took him from Hertfordshire to Hogwarts.  Rupert Grint is best known for starring in the Harry Potter movies as the loveable Ron Weasley.  His performances captivated his audience and made everyone a fan.  Fans from all over the world feel in love with Rupert; they were awestruck by his free spirit, down-to-earth, laid-back attitude, and of course, dapper good looks.  Throughout 2007, Grint's fans came in the hundreds demanding that their star be number one!  His fans saw Grint as their idol; he was not to be overshadowed nor overlooked, so they took the time out of their day and wrote.  They wrote continuously telling Rupert how truly wonderful he is and how he had influenced their lives.  To the fans delight their hard work paid off and they earned Rupert Grint the Most Loved Celebrity of 2007!

Jonas Brothers – Second Place

It is undeniable that the Jonas Brothers are the latest sensation to hit the airwaves.  But there is something way bigger than the Jonas Brothers themselves; their fans.  Thanks to their loyal following, the Jonas Brothers were megastars on Popstar.com and all over the web in 2007.  Many fans would write extensive letters to Kevin, Joe and Nick on a daily basis expressing their gratitude, their love, and their support to the band.  Even more importantly, they would share their personal downfalls and triumphs with their idols, the Jonas Brothers.  In late November, it had been reported on their MySpace that the Jonas Brothers were in 4th place on the Popstar.com Most Loved Celebrity of 2007 nominee list.  Just as the Jonas Brothers made an impact in the music and pop culture world, their fans made an impact on Popstar.com, allowing the Jonas Brothers to climb to the top of the Popstar.com Most Loved Celebrity Awards of 2007 with a less than 1% difference in votes between them and Rupert Grint!

Corbin Bleu – Third Place

Triple threat Corbin Bleu skyrocketed to fame with his portrayal of Chad Danforth in the High School Musical trilogy where he was able to display his singing, dancing and acting abilities. One can not mention Corbin Bleu without mentioning the curls. The Curls are his super fan's, that endlessly write original fan letters, always absorbing trivia down to his favorite number 8 and most importantly they appreciate his art and emulate his charisma through their own life. The Curls took Corbin to the tops at Popstar.com, they religiously wrote, told their friends to write and never gave up hope that Corbin might be in the tops of the Popstar.com 2007 Most Loved Celebrity Award. That hope and decaited enabled Corbin to jump fellow actors, fellow singers and dancers on the list until he made it to the 3rd spot. Corbin Bleu took home 3rd in the 2007 Most Loved Celebirty Awards on Popstar.com.

Vanessa Anne Hudgens – Fourth Place

Superstar Vanessa Hudgens stole the hearts of fans playing Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical trilogy. From her iconic style, to her rhythmic dance moves to her smooth and sultry voice Vanessa became the new "it girl". With the help of her strong fan base she was able to excel in her work while her fans supported and praised her for her decisions outside of work. During the Popstar.com 2007 Most Loved Celebrity Awards, Vanessa's fan came in hundreds and left amorous, supportive and compassionate messages about how Vanessa has helped them throughout 2007. Some came seeking advice, some came expressing individual experiences and some came to maintain a strong fan base presence. Regardless of the reasons for coming, Vanessa's fan came, earning Vanessa the 4th spot on the Popstar.com Most Loved Celebrity Awards.

Ashley Tisdale – Fifth Place

Jersey born and bred Tisdale has the spirit and tenacity that has led her to Pop Princess status with audiences and fans alike. Her spunk and pizzazz captured her fans attention as she acted, sung and danced her way into Hollywood. Good girl Tisdale took on the role of morally fleeting Sharpe Evans in the High School Musical trilogy and did the unthinkable by making Sharpay Evans likeable. Tisdale’s fan came to Popstar.com to show their love and support by voting her in the 2007 Most Loved Celebrity Awards. Letters addressed to Ashley were full of imaginative and sophisticated ideas about their personal life and how it compared to Ashley, about love lost and love found and most importantly about the happiness that Ashley bring to her fans. Tisdale’s fans brought home the number 5 spot on the 2007 Most Loved Celebrity Awards for their loveable star Ashley Tisdale.
